He fulsomely apologised, so let&#039;s see if he can live up to his new attitude.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If we never forgive anyone, there will be eventually no-one left to forgive, and we might also find we alienate some of our straight allies in the process.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think someone who was homophobic, and no longer is would be of great value in combatting homophobia because they can take people through their journey.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I say let&#039;s give the man a chance, but if he blows it a second time, then he should not be allowed to have anything to do with the education and welfare of children or young persons.</description>
