GLSEN Needs Your Support in Passing ENDA

Do you have a personal story about LGBT employment discrimination in schools? Or about positive LGBT teacher and staff experiences in schools?

GLSEN needs your support in passing the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, H.R. 3017/S. 1584. To help make the case for the importance of employment protection in school settings, GLSEN is looking for personal stories related to LGBT employment in schools. These can include anything from negative employee experiences such as being denied hire/promotion in a school based on one’s sexual orientation or gender identity/expression, to positive employee experiences such as having one’s sexual orientation or gender identity/expression supported by a school’s administration.
